What I offer

My work operates at the intersection of coaching, communication, and movement. Whether you are seeking personal clarity, need professional guidance, or want to support physical development, you will find the right framework here.

Coaching & Emotional Work

Sometimes, everyday working life can become confusing. Thoughts race around your head, decisions feel difficult to make, emotions run high – often all at the same time. In my work, I help you to pause, sort through your thoughts and see things more clearly again. I see coaching and supervision as a shared space for thinking and reflection, where you can find your bearings. My approach is shaped by an interdisciplinary background in international management, journalism, and communication & coaching (M.Sc.). For you, this means that I combine a strong understanding of organizational contexts and professional roles with a keen sense of language, nuances, and what often remains unsaid. Clarity does not come from quick solutions, but from careful observation and genuine understanding. Many issues that lead people to seek coaching are not purely factual in nature. Stress, inner blockages, or emotional overload often play a role in the background and influence decisions, communication, and scope for action. That is why, depending on the issue at hand, I also incorporate emotion-regulating elements from the MeSource® approach into my work. This approach helps to reduce inner tension, regain self-control, and find clearer access to one's own resources. I work in a systemic, structured, and at the same time human way. With targeted questions, reflections, visualizations, and body- and space-related methods, a process emerges that provides orientation while leaving room for flexibility. The goal is to organize thoughts, classify feelings, and develop viable next steps—at a pace that is right for you. For me, coaching does not mean providing answers. It means supporting you in finding your own solutions, making more conscious decisions, and returning to your everyday life with greater inner clarity.

Movement & Inclusion

For me, movement is more than just physical activity. It is a gateway to self-efficacy, confidence, and inner stability. In addition to my coaching and supervision work, I support people as a rehabilitation and disabled sports trainer as well as a wheelchair and mobility coach, focusing on mental disabilities, neurology, and psychiatry. I work not only through conversation, but also through movement - both literally and figuratively. As an active wheelchair and orthotic user, I know first-hand about adaptation processes, limitations and possibilities. This perspective creates closeness, understanding and a realistic view of what really matters in everyday life. My work is characterised by attentiveness, appreciation and the belief that every person will find their own way. I experience sport as a space for encounter and joy. I play tennis and padel myself and give training in an inclusive context. The focus is not on performance, but on participation, experiencing one's own body and the feeling: I can make a difference - in myself and around me. This attitude flows into all my work. Physical signals are taken seriously, resources are considered holistically, and development occurs in harmony with the individual - at their own pace, with their own possibilities. In both private and professional contexts.

Spaces for development, movement, and inner clarity

I offer courses on topics that get people moving in different ways - both internally and externally. The focus is on communication, change processes, stress and resilience, independence and self-love, as well as rehabilitation and disabled sports, wheelchair and mobility training. My courses are invitations to take time: to pause, to perceive, and to reflect together. Learning, experiencing, and exchanging ideas are intertwined. It is not about self-optimization or correct answers, but about understanding oneself better, opening up new perspectives, and consciously accessing one's own resources. Each person brings their own experiences, questions, and possibilities - these form the basis of our work together. I work in a practical, structured way with psychological depth. Content is conveyed in an understandable way, translated into everyday life, and supplemented by exercises, dialogue, and - where appropriate - movement. This creates a lively learning space that appeals to the mind, body, and emotions in equal measure. Whether you come as an individual, as a family, or in a professional context, my courses offer a safe space to gain clarity, realign yourself, and continue on your own path more consciously - at your own pace and in an atmosphere of openness, appreciation, and security.
