1. Basic approach and subject matter of the collaboration

The work at JUNE JUPITER is understood as a professional space for development, reflection, and personal support. The aim is to support people in change processes in a mindful, resource-oriented, and self-reliant manner.

These general terms and conditions govern the collaboration within the scope of:

  • Coaching and psychological counseling
  • Psychotherapy in accordance with the Heilpraktikergesetz (HeilprG)

The issue is described in broad terms during the initial contact and specified in more detail during the initial consultation.
When an appointment is booked, a service contract is concluded in accordance with § 611 ff. BGB (German Civil Code). The client confirms their legal capacity.

2. Distinction between coaching and psychotherapy

Psychotherapy is provided in accordance with the German Heilpraktikergesetz (Healing Practitioners Act) and is not psychological psychotherapy as defined by statutory health insurance.
Coaching does not constitute medical treatment and is not a substitute for medical or psychiatric treatment.
The collaboration is based on inspiration, reflection, and process support. Decisions and their implementation are always the responsibility of the client.
A specific outcome cannot be guaranteed.

3. Responsibility and role of the coach/therapist

Alexandra Zanker works in accordance with the ethical guidelines of the DGGP e.V. and the VfP e.V.

The coach/therapist undertakes to:

  • Explain methods transparently
  • Observe the limits of their own activity
  • Refer clients to medical or therapeutic support if necessary

 

All information is subject to confidentiality and will be treated confidentially.
Information will only be disclosed with written consent or if required by law.

4. Client responsibility

Coaching and therapy are voluntary, active processes. The client assumes responsibility for their own decisions, actions, and changes.
The client undertakes to openly address relevant health or psychological issues insofar as they are significant for the collaboration.
All implementations in everyday life are carried out on the client's own responsibility.

5. Location and format of sessions

Unless otherwise agreed, sessions will take place at:

Alternatively, the following options are available:

  • Online sessions (e.g., Zoom)
  • Telephone consultation
  • Walk & Talk / Outdoor formats

For outdoor meetings, the client is responsible for their own physical fitness, appropriate clothing, and personal safety.

6. Fees, payment, and billing

60-minute individual session: €80 flat fee
90–120-minute individual session: €150 flat fee
Online and outdoor appointments are charged at the same rate.
Invoices are sent by email within four weeks of the service being provided. Payment deadline: 14 days without deduction.
As a small business owner in accordance with § 19 (1) UStG (German VAT Act), no sales tax is shown. Medical services may also be tax-exempt in accordance with § 4 No. 14 UStG.
Statutory health insurance companies do not usually cover the costs.
Private insurance or supplementary insurance may reimburse a portion of the costs; clarification is the responsibility of the client.
The agreed fee is to be paid in full, regardless of insurance benefits.

7. Cancellations and cancellation fees

Cancellations or rebookings are possible free of charge up to 24 hours before the appointment.
In the event of later cancellations or no-shows, the full fee will be charged, as the appointment cannot be reallocated at short notice.

8. Right of withdrawal for online bookings

For remote bookings, there is a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days, provided that no service has yet been rendered.
The cancellation must be made in writing by email or post, stating:

Service booked

If the service begins at the express request of the client before the expiry of the cancellation period, the right of cancellation expires proportionally.

9. Documentation and data protection

The coach/therapist keeps appropriate professional records. These are kept for at least ten years.
Personal data will be processed in accordance with the GDPR. Details can be found in the privacy policy.

10. Important professional information

No prescription drugs will be prescribed.
No certificates of incapacity for work will be issued.
Coaching and psychotherapy are not a substitute for medical diagnosis.
No promise of healing is made.

11. Contract term

The contract begins with the booking of an appointment and runs without a fixed term. Separate termination is not required. Services already rendered remain payable.

12. Final provisions

The place of performance and jurisdiction is Fürstenfeldbruck. German law applies.
Should individual provisions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
